Contact us with your requirements. We will send you a quote based on the word count of, and existing quality of the English in, the document you want copyediting.

Your documented will be copyedited by an experienced native English speaker.

We will return two versions of the corrected document to you: a ‘track changes’ version, so you can see exactly what has been changed—potentially with extra comments—and a clean version, in case you want to trust us and use the document straight away.

Enjoy using a perfected document.
We accept documents of nearly any length, from 200 words up. There is no maximum length.
We will return documents under 5,000 words within 3 days and documents from 5,000 to 30,000 words within a week. For long documents (over 30,000 words), we will return them within two weeks. If your document is over 100,000 words, please contact us to discuss the amount of time we need to complete the work.
For those needing to use documents quickly, we offer express services of 24 hours (for documents under 5,000 words) and 72 hours (for documents under 30,000 words). Please contact us for pricing.

Dr. Joe Buckley: Co-founder and Head of Copyediting and Proofreading
Joe is a native English speaker from the UK and holds four degrees in the social sciences, including a PhD from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), a world-renowned university in London - hence our specialism in academic fields! He received the highest grade in each of his degrees. Joe has substantial experience in writing, copyediting, and proofreading for a wide range of purposes and audiences. He also has full working proficiency in Vietnamese, and as such has a unique insight into problems faced by native Vietnamese speakers when writing in English.
